Olympic, World and European Canoe Slalom Championships,

ICF Athlete Database
The International Canoe Federation are currently developing a database of results and
biographical data, these detailswill shortly be available from the ICF wbesite
If there are any suggestions for the database, then please feel free to email them direct to Simon Catterall. This will put the athletes of the Canoeing world out into the public eye, increasing exposure and making it easy to find information on not only the athletes performance, but also allowing a more personal connection between the athletes, the media and their fans.
The ICF have already received several forms from various athletes. If you have already sent in information, then you don’t need to resend the information, and the ICF is looking for information from all

notable athletes who have attended a World Championship in either Slalom or Flatwater at any time. Where possible, they also require head shots from these athletes. This is important, as it will provide the athletes with a fully updated and personalised biography on the database.
It provides worldwide coverage for our athletes, allowing fans, both old and new to learn more
about the athletes that they go to see compete.
