For the 2009 European Canoe Slalom Championships we are anticipating that over 600 athletes and team support personnel from 30 or more countries across Europe will be competing at these prestigious Championships.

Europe hosts the strongest Canoe Slalom teams throughout the world and we anticipate that a number of the Beijing Olympic medallists will also be competing at the National Water Sports Centre, Nottinghamshire, for top European honours

Come and see some of Britain’s top stars competing for medals – and come and have a go yourself!

What’s On....

During the weekend of the Championships, there will be an opportunity to have a go at canoeing and sports thanks to Canoe England and the Nottinghamshire County Sports Partnership.  Other events and activities are being investigated and details will be published once confirmed

The Canoeing Activities will include:

Paddlepower/Paddlesport Awards
Canoe 2012 Activities
Canoe/Kayak Ergo Challenges
