Disability Officer (part time)
£20,000 - £22,000 (Pro Rata) P/A + Pension Scheme
An opportunity has arisen for someone with drive, commitment and passion to help develop our Disability programmes in England.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and supporting the provision and opportunities for disabled people to participate in Paddlesport in England, resulting in an increase in the numbers participating on a regular basis.
Reporting to the Canoe England Lead Equality Officer, the successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence and respond to the views of others. They should have the energy and enthusiasm to enthuse others with evidence of previous sport development or disability development experience. The post will require travel so the applicant should be able to drive and have access to your own car.

Canoe England
Club Coach Educator
Canoe England is developing a programme of regional delivery of Coach Education courses aimed at Clubs and volunteers. Through funding from Sport England for the Excel objectives we are now looking to recruit up to four BCU Course Directors to support this delivery through contracted work to deliver an agreed minimum number of courses each year.
Candidates would be qualified to deliver BCU Level 1, Level 2 training and Assessments and/or the discipline specific modules. Delivery will be on a regional basis to competition coaches in Team Central and Team South. The total number of training courses and assessments for each team is likely to be 12 per annum.

Canoe England are seeking to recruit a full-time development officer for the Team North area, to help us maximise new development opportunities and support clubs, centres and coaches. This position would also involve line management of the Team North development team and would incorporate a paddlesport development officer role, for Yorkshire
