The London and South East Region of the British Canoe Union comprises of London, which includes the Greater London Boroughs and the County Boroughs of Kent, East and West Sussex and Surrey. The River Thames, Medway and Wey are the three main waterways in the region, but there are also a number of other rivers, canals and lakes where canoeing takes place. As one would expect with nearly 100 clubs in the region every sort of canoeing discipline is undertaken.
